Melinda Rodriguez

I had a thriving career as a restaurateur. But after more than a decade in the business I loved, I had an urge to explore my creative side. I’ve always loved photography and shot many photos of my kids’ dance competitions. But, I didn’t know if my work was on a professional level. I started shooting professionally with AV Media after the founder saw my work and contacted me. As a photojournalist I shoot a wide variety of subjects and events. I love that my portfolio of work covers so many areas of interests. And, that I get to capture special moments of people and events for my community.
